For my Tando Happy 3rd Birthday Piece I decided to make up this printers tray....
Its size means that you can make this up as a card for very special occassions...
To go into it I have used:-
From the Tando Range:- Mini Leaves 2
Mini Flowers
Mini Butterflies
Mini Keys
Further supplies needed:-
Glue
Acryllic paint
small frame
bling
distress inks and stains
embossing enamel
glossy accents/crackle glaze
white and black pens
When I start these frames I always decide which orientation to use once decided:-....
Adhere all the cut out pieces together and paint with acryllic paint and leave to one side to dry.
Take the back plate and paint with acryllic paint once dry use a mask and distress stain to add defination to the base. Once dry adhere the frame to back plate using strong glue then clamp until completely dry.
Take the legs (stand) and colour using the distress stain....run thro' your die cutting machine with an emossing plate and dry emboss. Rub back gently using a sanding block then add colour using a matching distress ink...
You will then have something like this:-
Using your Tando elements add colour using the medium of your choice - for this example I have coloured the butterflies, flowers and leaves using distress inks...these have then been outlined using black and white pens before having a layer of glossy accents added.
The keys have been enamelled using frantage embossing enamel.
The three has had pieces of bling attached.
The frame was a gold one in my stash that I have coloured using alcohol ink, The happy birthday is a stamp which has been used on text paper coloured using distress ink.
Once prepped you should have this:-
Play with the elements until you are happy with the layout and then adhere using the adhesive of your choice - here I have used strong pva and silicone glue.
This is my finished result - would love to see any creations you come up with.
Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
TFL, Carol
